My daughter doesn't like the 'hot' lemonade! Actually the cayenne pepper helps digestion and curbs the appetite (so I'm told), <br /><br />It is amazing how much of our day revlolves around food! Whether we are hungry or not, we set our physical, social and mental clocks around eating.<br /><br />Being on a fast for two days, and not chewing my arm off makes me realize we are tougher than we often give ourselves credit. Jesus & Moses both fasted for 40 days - I don't have their spiritual fortitude! I do meditate more on the Word of God.
